Learn how to create traditional and contemporary sugar craft flowers which are the perfect finish for a celebration cake or table decoration. Learn how to make sugar craft flowers and foliage including moulding, colouring, dusting and varnishing to create realistic effects. 

You will learn a wealth of techniques which are quick and easy to implement yet offer an impressive visual impact. You will leave with the confidence to create contemporary sugar flower which are perfect for any occasion and adaptable for a wide range of flowers and foliage.

Please bring a plasic container (about the size of a Victoria sponge cake tin) to take your creations home with you.

Time: 6pm-9pm (First session for all cohorts is one hour shorter - 6pm-8pm).
